      现场运行故障电能表,不同故障模式形成机制及演化趋势各有差异,本文提出了一种基于分故障模式威布尔分布模型的电能表寿命预判方法。利用电能表实测历史故障数据建立各故障模式失效率威布尔分布模型,根据拟合优度情况,优化部分故障模式预测结果,并对所有故障模式的阶段失效率进行累加;从而获得整体电能表的预期寿命。经现场实际电能表故障数据验证,表明该方法可有效预判电能表寿命,提前发现同批次电能表的可能潜在故障,为批次电能表状态更换、隐患排查提供技术支撑。
英文摘要:
      The formation mechanism and evolution trend of different failure modes on-site operation electric energy meter are different. This paper proposes a method for predicting the life of electric energy meter based on multiple failure Weibull distribution model. Using historical fault data of electric energy meter to establish Weibull distribution model of failure rate of each failure mode. According to the goodness of fit, we can optimize the prediction results of some failure modes and accumulate the stage failure rates of all failure modes, then the expected life of the overall electric energy meter is obtained. By verifying the actual energy meter fault data on the site, showing that the method can effectively predict the life of the electric energy meter, discover potential faults in advance, and provide technical support for batch electric energy meter status replacement and hidden danger investigation.
