      针对现有智能变电站继电保护系统的高可靠性,导致故障样本数据太小难以估计可靠性参数。本文在分析智能变电站继电保护结构的基础上,提出将三参数 分布和灰色估计方法相结合,对智能变电站小样本数据继电保护可靠性进行评估,采用灰色估计法直接评估三参数 分布的三个参数。通过实例与其他方法进行比较,验证了该方法的准确性和合理性。仿真结果表明,本文提出的算法可以根据实时数据变化快速估计可靠性参数,同时保证了估计的高精度。该研究为我国继电保护系统可靠性评估方法的发展提供参考和借鉴。
英文摘要:
      Aiming at the high reliability of the existing intelligent substation relay protection system, the failure sample data is too small to estimate the reliability parameters.Based on the analysis of the relay protection structure of smart substations, this paper proposes a method for assessing the reliability of relay protection of small sample data of smart substations by combining three-parameter Weibull distribution and gray estimation method, the three parameters of the distribution are estimated.The accuracy and rationality of this method are verified by comparing examples with other methods.Simulation results show that the algorithm proposed in this paper can quickly estimate reliability parameters based on real-time data changes, and at the same time ensure the accuracy of the estimation.This research provides reference and reference for the development of reliability assessment methods for relay protection systems in China.
