      随着能源互联网迅速发展,能源互联网的大规模、大区域互连、能源源头多、分布广、范围大、互联互通的特点对现有的计量设备全寿命周期评价提出新的思路,使得能源互联网对计量设备的可靠性、质量管控业务模式、全寿命周期评价技术等方面提出了新的要求。文中介绍了在能源互联网复杂应用环境下基于“互联网+”的计量设备质量管控业务模式及全寿命周期评价技术。解决了目前计量设备的质量管控及评价技术主要体现在电力公司的验收、配送、运行、报废环节,但在生产企业侧的研发、物料采购、生产制造等生命周期前端的质量控制、评价手段缺乏的问题,为智能电能表生产使用打造质量管控闭环,质量评价贯穿全寿命周期,实现对行业发展的引领与带动。
英文摘要:
      With the rapid development of energy interconnection, the characteristics of large-scale, large regional interconnection, multiple energy sources, wide distribution, large scope and the interconnection characteristics of the energy interconnection put forward new ideas for the full life cycle evaluation of existing metering equipment, making the energy interconnection put forward new requirements on the reliability of metering equipment, the business model of quality control and the technology of life cycle evaluation, etc. This paper introduces the quality management and control business mode and life cycle evaluation technology of metering equipment based on "Internet+" in the complex application environment of the energy interconnection, which solves the problem of the current quality management and control and evaluation technology of measuring equipment mainly reflected in the acceptance, distribution, operation, and scrap of power companies, but the lack of quality control and evaluation methods at the front end of the life cycle of research and development, material procurement, and manufacturing at the production company side, so as to create a closed-loop quality management control system for the production and use of smart meters, the quality evaluation runs throughout the whole life cycle to achieve the leading and driving of the industry development.
