Research on precision investment problems based on supply-side reliability index and its spatio-temporal decomposition in distribution network planning
Aiming at the problems that the current planning reliability research of distribution network is lack of planning reliability indicators, and investment restrictions, this paper studies the precise investment method based on planning reliability indicators in distribution network planning. This paper defines the planning reliability index system, the sub-indicators in the index system are spatiotemporally decomposed in order to refine the reliability investment promotion. A precise investment decision model is established based on the decomposed reliability indicators, and on the basis of meeting the power balance, the order of the projects to be expanded is determined according to the degree of reliability improvement of unit investment costs. The current power grid of a region in the south China is taken in as an example to prove the correctness and effectiveness of the reliability planning decision method proposed in this paper.
