      目前北方地区大力推进煤改电工程并且进展迅速,为解决煤改电过程中带来的电网安全、运行、运维中的问题,掌握煤改电后居民取暖效果和用电规律,基于泛在电力物联网技术进行了煤改电智能服务研究与应用。通过物联网技术进行采集和通信,并实现了不同采暖类型用户的采暖数据、用能数据的5 min高频采集。通过构建煤改电智能服务平台进行用户信息、取暖效果和用电信息的智能监测,并利用大数据技术进行数据分析,为电网运维和用户满意提供了可靠保证,为政府部门进行财政补贴提供了有力的支撑。
英文摘要:
      At present the northern region vigorously promotes the coal-to-electricity project and has made rapid progress. In order to solve the problems of power grid safety, operation, operation and maintenance brought about by the coal-to-electricity process, master the heating effects and the law of electricity consumption of residents, the research and application of intelligent services for coal-to-electricity based on the ubiquitous power Internet of things (IoT) technology is proposed in this paper. It collects and communicates through the IoT technology, and realizes 5-minute high-frequency collection of heating data and energy consumption data of users of different heating types. By constructing a coal-to-electricity intelligent service platform for intelligent monitoring of user information, heating effects, and power consumption information, and the big data technology is used for data analysis, which provides reliable guarantee for grid operation and maintenance and user satisfaction, as well as provides strong support for financial subsidies in government sectors.
