      针对现有研究通常忽略了小动物、树木造成的外力破坏对实时故障率的影响,以及基于健康指数的实时故障率指数模型中待定系数的准确计算较为困难等问题,提出了将基于故障因素参数修正及健康指数模型相结合来计算配电网实时停电概率的方法。将配电设备连续多年的历史故障率按照月份统计,利用基于故障因素参数修正的方法对历史故障率进行修正,并在一定程度上考虑了主要因素之间的协同作用,将得到的故障率修正值代入基于健康指数的故障率指数模型,从而确定指数模型中的待定系数。使用馈线分区方法计算各负荷点的故障停电概率和停电时间,最后通过广州地区线路验证了方法的有效性。
英文摘要:
      The existing studies usually ignore the influence of external force damage caused by small animals and trees on real-time failure rate, and it is difficult to accurately calculate the undetermined coefficient in the real-time failure rate index model based on health index. Therefore, a method is proposed to calculate the real-time outage probability of distribution network based on the combination of fault factor parameter correction and health index model. Firstly, the historical failure rate of distribution equipment for many years is calculated according to the month, and then, the historical failure rate is modified through using the method based on the parameter correction of fault factors. Meanwhile, the synergistic effect between the main fault factors is also taken into account to some extent. The correction value of the failure rate is substituted into the real-time failure rate model based on health index to determine the undetermined coefficient in the exponential model. Then, the feeder partition method is adopted to calculate the failure probability and outage time of each load point. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by the route in Guangzhou area.
