      储能是提高消纳高比例分布式可再生能源(DRG)的有效措施,是智能电网发展的重要组成部分之一。分布式可再生能源和储能的快速发展给配电网安全运行和供电可靠性带来巨大挑战和机遇,为此国内外学者近几年开展了大量研究,是目前热点研究领域之一。文中对计及DRG和储能的配电网可靠性评估研究进行系统分析,重点介绍DRG和储能对配电网可靠性的影响因素,建立含DRG和储能的配电网可靠性评估元件模型、DRG发电模型和储能充放电模型,从评估配电网可靠性的指标体系出发,分析适用高比例分布式可再生能源和储能的配电网评估方法,最后提出了在未来研究中急需解决的几个问题。
英文摘要:
      Energy storage, as an important part of the development of smart grid, is an effective measure to enhance the integration of distributed renewable energy (DRG). The rapid development of DRG and energy storage has posed great challenges and opportunities to the safe operation of distribution network and the reliability of power supply, Therefore, domestic and foreign scholars in recent years have carried out many researches, it is one of the hot research areas. In this paper, the state-of-the-art reliability assessment methods for distribution networks including DRG and energy storages are systematically analyzed and surveyed, Key influence factors of DRG and energy storage on the reliability of distribution network are introduced, The reliability assessment modelling of distribution network components, DRG generation model and energy storage charging/discharging are established, Based on the distribution network reliability evaluation indices, this paper analyzes the distribution network evaluation methods under high penetration of distributed renewable energy and energy storage, Finally, some suggestions for the future research are put forward.
