      文章对配电网中逆变型分布式电源故障特性进行了分析,并提出了一种计及低电压穿越策略的有源配电网继电保护方案。建立了计及低电压穿越规范的逆变型分布式电源故障分析模型,提出了适用于有源配电网的故障分析方法;对于仅具备电流量测能力的有源配电网,提出一种基于电流幅值及相位条件的分布式保护方案,并在幅相平面对线路的故障特性进行分析。通过研究电流幅值和相位在故障线路和非故障线路上的不同特征,确定故障位置。在此基础上提出改进型判据,实现保护判据性能的提升。此方案可解决传统电流差动保护相移误差与判据灵敏度之间的矛盾,并且配电网仅需电流量测能力,有一定的工程价值。
英文摘要:
      The inverter interfaced distributed generator (IIDG) on distribution network is modeled to analyze its fault characteristics, therefore, the relay protection scheme of active distribution network considering low voltage ride through (LVRT) strategy is proposed in this paper. Fault analysis model of IIDG with LVRT strategy is established, and fault analysis methods suitable for active distribution network are proposed. A distributed protection scheme based on current amplitude and phase condition is proposed for an active distribution network with current measurement capability only. The fault characteristics of the line are analyzed in the amplitude-phase plane, and the fault position is determined by studying the different characteristics of the current amplitude and phase on the fault line and the non-fault line. On this basis, an improved criterion is proposed, which can improve the performance of protection criterion. This scheme can solve the contradiction between phase shift error and criterion sensitivity of traditional current differential protection, and the distribution network only needs the measuring capacity of current flow, which has certain engineering value.
