      随着煤改电进程的进行,煤改电台区的供电可靠性评估已成为一门重要课题。考虑煤改电台区在功率紧张时期接入边缘电源建立其供电可靠性评估模型。首先采用采用平均供电可用率指标建立煤改电台区计及边缘电源的供电可靠性评估指标模型,其次构建煤改电台区供电可靠性评估流程,建立边缘电源并网时间概率分布模型,在建立基于蒙特卡洛模拟法的煤改电台区运行状态概率评估方法的基础上给出供电可靠性评估步骤。最后针对一个含边缘电源接入的煤改电配电台区进行供电可靠性评估,通过两种评估场景进行供电可靠性指标评估和对比,验证了本文方法的有效性和合理性。
英文摘要:
      With the progress of coal to electricity transformation, power supply reliability evaluation of coal to radio area has become an important topic. The power supply reliability evaluation model is established considering that the coal to radio area is connected to the edge power supply during the power shortage period. First of all, the evaluation index model of power supply reliability considering the marginal power supply is established by using the average power supply availability index. Secondly, the evaluation process of power supply reliability in the coal to radio area is constructed, and the probability distribution model of the grid connection time of the marginal power supply is established. Based on the probability evaluation method of the operation state of the coal to radio area based on the Monte Carlo simulation method, the power supply reliability is given Assessment steps. Finally, power supply reliability evaluation is carried out for a coal to electricity distribution station area with edge power supply access. The effectiveness and rationality of this method are verified by two evaluation scenarios for power supply reliability index evaluation and comparison.
