      针对高渗透率光伏发电接入电网带来的电压/频率稳定问题,虚拟同步发电机(Virtual Synchronous Generator,VSG)策略作为一种能使光伏电站主动参与电网调频、调压的控制技术,受到了广泛地关注。以含储能的光伏电站作为研究对象,提出了含储能环节的光伏电站虚拟同步发电机控制策略,推导了光伏虚拟同步发电机的有功-频率控制、无功-电压控制的数学模型,并对其控制器及参数进行了分析。在PSCAD/EMTDC环境中建立光伏虚拟同步发电机仿真模型,对该虚拟同步发电机有功频率、无功电压特性的动态过程进行了模拟,仿真结果验证了文中理论分析的正确性以及所提控制策略的有效性。
英文摘要:
      Aiming at the problem of voltage/frequency stability caused by the high permeability photovoltaic power generation connected to the grid, the virtual synchronous generator (VSG) strategy, as a control technology that can make photovoltaic power stations actively participate in grid frequency modulation and voltage regulation, has been widely concerned. In this paper, a photovoltaic power plant with energy storage is taken as the research object, and a control strategy for the virtual synchronous generator of a photovoltaic power plant with energy storage links is proposed in this paper. The mathematical models of active-frequency control and reactive-voltage control of the photovoltaic virtual synchronous generator are derived, and the controller and parameters are analyzed. The simulation model of photovoltaic virtual synchronous generator is established in PSCAD/EMTDC environment, and the dynamic process of the active frequency and reactive voltage characteristics of the virtual synchronous generator is simulated. The simulation results verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis and the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy.
