The access of distributed power has some impacts on the safe operation of distribution network. Based on the simplified model of distribution network and the output model of distributed generation, this paper establishes a multi-objective real-time reconfiguration model of distribution network connected with photovoltaic and wind power. In the system reconstruction interval, the model selects the system network loss, voltage quality and balanced load as the comprehensive objectives, considers the operation safety of photovoltaic and wind power access as constraints, and adopts integer type partition coding and invalid solution judgment strategy, which greatly reduces the variable dimension. Based on the analysis of the distribution network in Zhongyuan area of Shanghai, the reconstruction scheme of each period is obtained, which verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
