      分布式电源的接入,对配电网的安全运行产生影响。文中基于配电网简化模型和分布式电源出力模型,建立了接入光伏、风电的配电网多目标实时重构模型。该模型在系统重构间隔内,选取系统网损、电压质量和均衡负荷为综合目标,考虑光伏、风电接入的运行安全为约束,采用整数型分区编码和无效解判断策略,大幅降低了变量维数。对上海中原地区的配电网进行分析,得到了各时段的重构方案,验证了所提方法的可行性和有效性。
英文摘要:
      The access of distributed generation has some impacts on the safe operation of distribution network. Based on the simplified model of distribution network and the output model of distributed generation, this paper establishes a multi-objective real-time reconfiguration model of distribution network connected with photovoltaic and wind power. In the system reconstruction interval, the model selects the system network loss, voltage quality and balanced load as the comprehensive objectives, considers the operation safety of photovoltaic and wind power access as constraints, and adopts integer type partition coding and invalid solution judgment strategy, which greatly reduces the variable dimension. Based on the analysis of the distribution network in Zhongyuan area of Shanghai, the reconstruction scheme of each period is obtained, which verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
