      为实现批次电能表故障预警及寿命预判,本文开发了一套批次电能表寿命预判系统,该系统通过对电力公司大量现场故障数据的清洗筛选,构建一套用于存储电能表可靠性关联数据模型的故障数据库,并在故障模型库的基础上,开展电能表数据统计分析、批量寿命预判及故障快速诊断等应用模块的开发。系统可为电能表状态更换、故障诊断预警提供技术支撑,有效节省社会资源,缓解环境压力,同时降低电力公司现场运维成本。
英文摘要:
      In order to realize the batch energy meter failure early warning and life prediction, this paper has developed a batch electric energy meter life prediction system. The system cleans and filters a large amount of field fault data of power companies, constructs a fault database for storing the reliability data model of energy meters, and based on the fault model database, application modules such as statistical analysis of energy meter data, batch life prediction, and rapid fault diagnosis are developed. The system can provide technical support for energy meter status replacement and fault diagnosis and early warning, effectively save social resources, alleviate environmental pressure, and reduce on-site operation and maintenance costs of power companies.
