      针对传统油管无损检测系统数据传输方式不高效、不灵活的问题,本文提出设计基于LPWAN和LAN传输方式的混合通讯模式的数据通道。选择符合LPWAN传输协议以及LAN传输协议的模块来设计无损检测装置与上位机间的数据传输通道。实际应用效果表明,本文所采用的LPWAN无线通信模式可以使油管无损检测系统的下位机方便的布置于容易损毁传感器线路的现场,所采用的LAN传输方式有效的杜绝了现有USB接口设备升级时传输数据量受限的问题,采取LAN传输方式使传输速度得到提高,为增加采集通道数量和提高检测精度提供了基础。
英文摘要:
      Aiming at improving the existing problem of inefficient and inflexible data transmission, The article proposed based on LPWAN and LAN mixed communication mode of data transmission. Design the data transmission channel between device and computer with selecting a module of LPWAN protocol and the module of LAN protocol. Practical application results show that the device of tubing non-destructive testing system enables the system to be conveniently arranged on the site where the wires will be damaged and eliminates the problem of limited data transmission. The transmission speed is improved and provides conditions for equipment upgrading.
