      微电网为包括水力发电在内的可再生能源发电提供了可靠的并网与管理平台,其优化运行是一门重要课题。基于机会成本概念,以当前时段水力发电的最大化机会成本为目标建立优化模型,建立水力发电功率的成本效益模型作为优化运行模型的基础。接着以经济运行成本和环境折算成本建立模型目标函数,计及功率平衡约束,分布式发电运行约束,储能运行约束等必要约束条件建立微电网优化运行模型。最后基于萤火虫算法设计所建立模型的求解流程。最后通过设置离网模式和并网模式分别采用所建立的模型制定系统优化运行计划并进行指标对比,验证了所建立模型的有效性。
英文摘要:
      Microgrid provides a reliable grid connection and management platform for renewable energy power generation, including hydroelectric power generation. Its optimal operation is an important issue. Based on the concept of opportunity cost, the optimization model is established to maximize the opportunity cost of hydroelectric power in the current period, and the cost-benefit model of hydroelectric power is established as the basis of the optimization operation model. Then, the objective function of the model is established based on the economic operation cost and environmental conversion cost, and the optimal operation model of microgrid is established taking into account the power balance constraints, distributed generation operation constraints, energy storage operation constraints and other necessary constraints. Finally, the solution flow of the model is designed based on the algorithm of firefly. Finally, by setting the off grid mode and the grid mode respectively, the established model is used to make the optimal operation plan of the system, and the indicators are compared to verify the effectiveness of the established model.
