      为了减少微电网、电动汽车用户的运行成本,降低电动汽车的充电失败率和缺充电量。建立了基于住宅区微电网和工业园区微电网的联合微电网模型。利用蒙特卡洛法随机产生电动汽车的出行时间,将电动汽车作为分布式电源并入联合微电网,建立了基于充电紧迫度、放电裕度的电动汽车充放电的模型。将引力搜索算法和基于线性递减权重的粒子群优化算法优势互补,提出了一种基于线性递减权重的混合粒子群引力搜索算法,并利用其对模型进行求解。算例结果表明,基于线性递减权重的混合粒子群引力搜索算法有更快的收敛速度和全局搜索能力;通过充电紧迫度、放电裕度对电动汽车的充电时间、放电量进行控制,充电失败率、充电成本均明显将低;将电动汽车并入联合微电网后,减少了柴油机的工作时间和从大电网的购电量,降低了联合微电网的运行成本。
