      随着国家政策对于新能源的大力扶持,电动汽车数量在近几年得到了迅速增长,储能充电站应运而生。为了对储能充电站的运行管理和状态监测进行指导,文章提出储能充电站运行状态多指标评价体系。评价指标包含效率、可靠性、输出、储能等四个方面,设定了15个二级指标。根据储能充电站运行状态对配电网、充电桩可靠性、储能电池使用寿命、电动汽车动力电池使用安全性四方面的影响,确立评价指标的重要程度,根据AHP-熵权修正法确定出各个指标的权重值,建立权重矩阵。将其与基于模糊评分理论得出的指标评分结合,形成了最终的评价方法。最后以某储能充电站运行数据为基础求出评分值,并与基于专家打分法所得的评分值进行对比,验证评价方法的有效性。
英文摘要:
      With the strong support of national policies for new energy, the number of electric vehicles has been growing rapidly in recent years, and energy storage charging stations have emerged. In order to guide the operation management and state monitoring of the energy storage and charging station, this paper puts forward a multi index evaluation system of the operation state of the energy storage and charging station. The evaluation indexes include efficiency, reliability, output and energy storage, and 15 secondary indexes are set. According to the influence of the operation state of the energy storage charging station on the distribution network, the reliability of the charging pile, the service life of the energy storage battery and the safety of the electric vehicle power battery, the importance of the evaluation indexes is established, and the weight values of each index are determined according to the AHP entropy weight correction method, and the weight matrix is established. The final evaluation method is formed by combining it with the index score based on the fuzzy scoring theory. Finally, the validity of the evaluation method is verified based on the operation data of a storage charging station.
