      文中成功研制了一种绝缘油中溶解气体在线监测装置自动校验评估及校准系统,该系统采用密闭系统油循环气液平衡方式,自动配制低、中、高参考油样,并实现自动油样校验,数据采集、结果计算与评估等功能,有效解决了目前人工校验存在的检测误差大、检验效率低等问题。此外,基于最小二乘法对数据曲线进行拟合,减小了在线监测装置的检测误差。
英文摘要:
      An auto testing, estimating and calibrating system for online monitoring system of gases dissolved in transformer oil is designed and researched in this paper. The system adopts the oil circulation gas-liquid equilibrium mode to prepare standard oils with low, middle and high dissolved-gases concentrations in the closed tank automatically, and the automatic oil sample testing, data collection, results calculation and estimation are realized. It effectively overcomes the shortcomings of large error and low efficiency of manual verification. In addition, the data curve fitting is conducted based on the least square method,which reduces the detection error of the on-line monitoring device.
