      随着电网的快速发展,新设备投运的种类和数量逐年递增,现有人工编制启动方案的方法存在智能化水平低、可靠性差等问题,无法满足大电网的发展需求以及安全稳定的运行目标。为此,本文对电网新设备启动方案的智能编制系统进行研究。首先,对新设备投运的操作类型以及启动方案特性进行分析;接着,以D5000智能调度平台为基础获取所需数据,采用B/S架构体系,构建了电网新设备启动方案的智能编制系统,对新设备投运的编制、审核流程以及投运与校核功能进行设计;最后,系统功能测试结果表明,该启动方案智能编制系统能够有效减少操作人员的工作量,提升对新设备投运的风险管控,对保障电力系统安全稳定运行具有重要作用。
英文摘要:
      With the rapid development of the power grid, the types and quantity of new equipment put into operation are increasing year by year. The existing methods of manual preparation of start-up scheme have problems such as low level of intelligence and poor reliability, which can not meet the development needs of the large power grid and safe and stable operation objectives. Therefore, this paper studied the intelligent programming system of the startup scheme of new power grid equipment. Firstly, the operation type of new equipment put into operation and the characteristics of start-up scheme are analyzed. Then, based on the D5000 intelligent dispatching platform, the required data was obtained, and the B/S architecture system was used to build an intelligent compilation system for the startup scheme of new power grid equipment. The compilation, review process, operation and verification functions of new equipment were designed. Finally, the system function test results show that the intelligent preparation system can effectively reduce the workload of operators, improve the risk management and control of new equipment put into operation, and play an important role in ensuring the safe and stable operation of the power system.
