Virtual power plant provides an integrated platform for the management of distributed generation, which is helpful for the grid connected operation of distributed generation. Based on the adaptive droop frequency control strategy, the basic adaptive droop frequency control strategy is improved considering the dynamic characteristics of the frequency response of the virtual power plant. In order to improve the adaptive process of the droop coefficient of the power flow controller in the virtual power plant and achieve the optimal performance of the frequency control of the virtual power plant, the second performance index of the whole system is minimized, and the adaptive droop coefficient of the power flow controller is fed back by part of the output or part of the state quantity. The simulation results show that the effect of adaptive droop control can be improved and the frequency stability of virtual power plant can be improved by introducing part of output or part of state feedback into the process of adaptive droop control.
