Rapid, accurate remote power cutoff and recovery through the electricity information acquisition system is important to improving the economic level of power grid enterprises management and improve customer service satisfaction. This paper analyzes in detail existed process of the remote power cutoff and recovery by the electricity information acquisition system, and reveals the disadvantages of the process affecting the success of the remote power cutoff and recovery, such as high load processing delay, slow task scheduling for multi-business cooperation, operation and data inconsistent of power cutoff and recovery service program between the master station and the electricity meter. In order to address the above unreliability factors, a remote power cutoff and recovery transaction processing architecture based on message middleware technology is proposed, which can reduce the complexity of system rebuild. Based on this architecture, a distributed transaction processing scheme is designed to meet the reliability requirements of the remote power cutoff and recovery. The simulation results show that the scheme can effectively improve the reliability of the remote power cutoff and recovery through the power information acquisition system.
