      针对目前智能电能表存在着数据传输效率低、数据采集指标匮乏、设备在线率无法实时监控等多种弊端。文中提出了一种应对百万台电能表同时并发采集的数据采集前置方法,该方法基于光纤通信技术TCP/IP协议,实现了电能表数据回传抄表功能,高速宽带上网接入功能实时数据传输和智能数据处理功能。实验测试结果表明,数据采集方案能够完整的实现设计功能,设备运行稳定,网速测试结果满意,并发采集执行用户数成功率可达99.7%。该方法为智能电网互动化、信息化和自动化提供了新途径。
英文摘要:
      There are many factors in smart meter, such as low data transmission efficiency, lack of data acquisition indicators, and equipment online rate cannot be monitored in real time kind of malpractice. This paper proposes a data acquisition front-end method for high-concurrent acquisition of million-level electricity meters. This method is based on the optical fiber communication technology TCP/IP protocol and has realized the meter reading function of the electricity meter data return, high-speed broadband Internet access function, real-time data transmission and intelligent data processing function. The experimental test results show that the novel type of smart meter data acquisition scheme can fully realize the design function, the device runs stably, and the test result of network speed is satisfactory. The success rate of concurrent acquisition can reach 99.7%. This method provides a new way for smart grid interaction, informatization and automation.
