With the rise of the electric vehicle industry, the business demand of charging pile develops rapidly. As a kind of electric energy measurement device, the accuracy of charging pile directly affected the economic interests of users and power supply companies. Therefore, based on the working principle of DC charging pile, this paper analyzed the measurement error sources and quantitative analysis methods of DC charging pile, and established a remote detection system of DC charging pile. In order to realize the remote detection of DC charging pile, the overall architecture, hardware and software structure and communication means of the remote detection system were designed, and the main functions of the system test module were planned. Finally, the measurement function of a DC charging pile was evaluated by using the system. The results show that the strategy proposed in this paper has an important guiding role in the performance detection of DC charging pile and the development of electric vehicles.
