      为提升电网故障恢复的效率,提出一种基于智能电表计量大数据的故障处理调度方案。首先,使用状态估计方法,将故障作为系统的临时负载处理,从而将误差检测非侵入式地扩展到故障识别,并基于电表大数据,使用可变权值矩阵,对故障进行远程定位。并提出在考虑故障紧急程度的情形下利用迭代局部搜索算法对运维任务进行调度。实验结果验证了该方案的有效性。
英文摘要:
      To improve the efficiency of eliminate faults for smart grid, a dispatching scheme of faults based on measurement big data of smart meters is proposed. First, through distribution network state estimation method, in which devices with fault are viewed as temporary loads, and error detection is expanded to non-intrusive fault detection, faults can be located remotely with variable weight matrix based on measurement big data. Towards the issue of repairmen dispatching considering the emergency degree of orders, an iterated local search (ILS) based method is exploited. Experimental results show the practicability of the proposed approach.
