      分布式光伏接入县域配电网,使潮流更加复杂,给电压控制带来很大挑战。文章提出一种基于县域配电网局部量测信息的动态分区和电压控制方法。先依据网络结构按负荷“就近供电”进行初始分区,再依据分区调压的无功储备需求对初始分区作局部调整,之后利用分区凝聚算法形成最终动态分区方案;最后,基于光伏本地调压能力的不足,提出一种考虑分区的电压分布式控制策略。通过IEEE69系统仿真实验,验证了文章分区方法与电压分区协调控制策略的有效性。
英文摘要:
      With distributed photovoltaics integrated into county distribution network, the power flow has become more complicated, energy trend has become more complex, traditional voltage controlled challenged. This paper proposes a dynamic partition method based on network structure and partial measurement data. First, the principle of “nearby power supply” is used for initial partitioning; then, adjusting the area of some nodes according to the demand of the reactive power reserve of each area; after that, executing the partition aggregation algorithm to obtain the final dynamic partition; finally, this paper proposes a distributed voltage control strategy considering partitions. The IEEE69 system simulation verifies the effectiveness of the partition method and the voltage control strategy in this paper.
