本文分析了风储联合系统风功率平滑应用场景中双电池系统荷电状态(state of charge,SOC)波动越限问题,并提出一种改进控制策略。该策略通过风功率预测实现SOC波动越限预测,进而合理设置双电池系统充放电状态切换时刻,有效避免SOC波动越限,维持储能系统良好的充放电深度。基于两种湍流风速的仿真结果验证了本文改进控制策略的有效性和优越性。

The problem of SOC (state of charge) out-of-limit within wind power smoothing based on dual battery energy storage system of a hybrid power system of wind and energy storage was analyzed in this paper, and an improved control method was proposed. The strategy realizes the prediction of SOC out-of-limit through wind power prediction, and then reasonably sets the switching time of charging and discharging state of dual battery energy storage system, effectively avoids SOC out-of-limit, and maintains good charging and discharging depth of energy storage system. The simulation results based on two kinds of turbulent wind speed verify the effectiveness and superiority of the improved control strategy.
