      居民侧用电量在社会总用电量中占有较大比重,但用电效率低。针对该问题,首先提出多用户智能电能表改进法和三相电能表改进法两种分路计量方法,并建立基于分时电价和分路计量的家庭负荷调控模型,以实现平衡电网负荷、减少电网容量投资的目的。其次,设计了基于智慧能源网关的多表合采技术方案,并提出家庭用能情况展示与用能建议推送方法,研究了各类用能方式、用能场景下用能成本计算方法,实现以家庭用能成本最小为目标的家庭用能建议智能推送。
英文摘要:
      Residential side power consumption accounts for a large proportion of the total social power consumption, but its efficiency is low. In order to solve this problem, firstly, two kinds of shunt metering methods, improvement of multi-user intelligent energy meter and improvement of three-phase energy meter, were put. A household load regulation strategy based on time-sharing tariff and shunt metering was established, so as to achieve the purpose of balancing grid load and reducing grid capacity investment. Secondly, a scheme of mining multi meter based on smart energy gateway was designed, and the method of displaying the energy consumption situation and pushing the. energy consumption suggestion was proposed. The method of calculating the energy consumption cost under various energy consumption modes and scenarios was studied to realize the intelligent pushing of the energy consumption suggestion with the minimum energy consumption cost as the goal.
