中文摘要:
      微网中风光等可再生能源发电出力具有不确定性特性,因此在微网优化调度中需重视不确定性的处理。文章计及风光不确定性,提出一种基于风险指标的微网讨价还价博弈模型。首先,为表征可再生能源的不确定性因素,建立风光出力的马尔科夫链模型,结合蒙特卡洛法模拟出大量风光出力场景,进而利用模糊C聚类生成典型场景;再次,提出综合考虑微网运行经济性及风险性的讨价还价博弈模型;然后,应用MATLAB调用IPOPT优化软件实现模型求解;最后,通过算例仿真计算验证该模型及求解方法的有效性和可行性。
