      为提高特高压交直流混联电网稳定运行水平,同步调相机已广泛应用于特高压直流送受端电网。提出一种直流弱送端电网调相机配置方案综合评估方法。首先,建立调相机配置方案综合评估指标体系,共包括暂态过电压、稳态过电压、暂态电压稳定、有效短路比和投资费用等5个评价指标;其次,采用直觉模糊层次分析法(IFAHP)确定评价指标的权重,IFAHP法能较好地刻画决策人员进行评价指标比较时的不确定性;最后,基于逼近理想解排序法(TOPSIS)对方案进行排序。实际工程算例验证了所提调相机配置方案综合评估方法的合理性和有效性。
英文摘要:
      In order to improve security operation level of UHV AC-DC power grid, the synchronous condenser is widely used in UHVDC sending and receiving power grid. A comprehensive evaluation method of synchronous condenser configuration scheme for weak sending-end HVDC power grid is introduced. Firstly, a comprehensive evaluation index system comprising the transient overvoltage, the steady-state overvoltage, the voltage stability, the effective short circuit ratio, and the investment cost is constructed. Secondly, intuitionistic fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (IFAHP) is used to determine the weights of evaluation indexes. IFAHP has shown advantages in handling uncertainty of evaluation index comparison for decision maker. Finally, the TOPSIS method is employed to rank the schemes. The simulation results of actual power grid demonstrate the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed method.
