In response to the lack of bad behavior management of suppliers and emergency material management information support, material coding is complex and irregular in use, a panoramic management system of power supply enterprise assets has been established. The overall architecture of the system is constructed and the software and hardware requirements are given. A business model is established to implement supplier bad behavior evaluation, material category optimization management, emergency material supply guarantee management, the data entered is processed through the data model, and RSA algorithm data is used for encryption. This system effectively regulates material management and plays a positive role in the purchase and circulation of power grid materials.
