配电环节作为电力系统到用户的最后一环,与用户的关系最为紧密,对系统整体性能效率和用户供电质量的影响也最为直接,其运行控制的水平与供用电的质量和可靠性密切相关。如何在配电网多元化负荷发展的情况下保障配网安全,提高系统关键负荷的供电可靠性,是目前电力领域研究的热点。本文充分利用营销用系统配变负荷数据、用户行业分类,主配一体化系统网络拓扑及配网相关运行信息,拓展调控云大馈线精准负荷画像。最后提出考虑重过载、低电压、线损问题的多种运行方式下的最优选择,将线路重载率、低电压率、平均线损率分配不同的分值,作为一个综合指标,考量不同运行方式的合理性,并给出案例分析。以本文研究结果为基础的最大优化配网区域设备控制策略,可以有效改善重过载、低电压、线损、最优方式选择等问题。
