      为有效解决新能源场站巡检过程中的人手不足的现状,将智能巡检机器人新技术与新能源场站相结合,设计实现一套针对光伏电站的电力巡检机器人,涵盖了机器人功能设计,巡检整体框架、无线组网方式、监控系统布局等功能。智能巡检机器人可根据操作人员在管理平台的任务操作或预先设定任务,变电站现场工作人员可通过机器人后台管理系统收到的实时图像与数据等信息,实现变电站的设备现场无人巡视工作,代替变电站人工巡检,有效节约人力资源成本,为新能源场站的新的运维模式提供了可靠借鉴。
英文摘要:
      To effectively solve the current situation of new energy operations in the process of checking the shorthanded, this paper combined the new technology of intelligent inspection robot with new energy station, and successfully designed a set of electric power inspection robot for the photovoltaic substation, covering the function design of robot, overall framework of petrol inspection, wireless networking mode and monitoring and control system layout, etc. Intelligent inspection robot can operate according to the task of operator in the management platform or set up the task in advance, the onsite operator of the substation can complete the unmanned inspection of substation through the real-time data, images and other information. Intelligent inspection robot can effectively replace the manual inspection, saving the cost of human resources effectively, which provides a reliable reference for new operation and maintenance mode of the new energy station.
