      智能电表关键元器件的认定是智能电表可靠性提升的重要途径和手段。本文根据智能电表可靠性的要求,结合智能电表的实际情况对智能电表严酷度进行了定义。利用FMEA分析方法结合智能电表实际故障调研数据,对智能电表的严酷度和故障概率等级进行评定,在此基础上绘制危害性矩阵图,得到了智能电表关键元器件的认定依据,进而认定了智能电表的关键元器件,认定结果符合实际情况。
英文摘要:
      The identification of key elements of smart meters is an important way and means to improve the reliability of smart meters. This article defines the severity of smart meters based on the reliability requirements of smart meters and the actual conditions of smart meters.The FMEA analysis method combined with the actual fault survey data of smart meters is used to evaluate the severity and fault probability level of smart meters, on the basis of which the hazard matrix is drawn to get the identification of the key components of smart meters, and then the key components of smart meters are identified, and the results are in line with the actual situation.
