The intelligent substation measurement and control device still adopts a single set of configuration, and there is a hidden danger that a single point of failure causes the measurement and control function to fail, and it cannot fully meet the requirements of unattended intelligent substations. For the two configuration modes of "single interval + cluster measurement and control" and "double sets of cluster measurement and control", corresponding redundant switching schemes for measurement and control functions are proposed.By configuring the cluster measurement and control device, adopting key technologies such as measurement and control function virtualization idea, fixed value and soft plate state synchronization, model and configuration equivalence realization, the device can run multiple interval virtual measurement and control units at the same time, realizing the functions of the cluster measurement and control device, etc. Cost, model equivalence and configuration equivalence solve the problem of redundant switching of measurement and control functions when the measurement and control device of the smart substation fails, and improve the reliability of the monitoring system of the smart substation.Through test verification and engineering application, the validity and adaptability of the scheme are verified.
