      针对我国在电动汽车领域内直流充电的应用现状,文章论述了对直流电能进行精确计量的重要性和必要性。通过分析非车载充电机计量的精度和损耗根源,对计量连接装置的结构进行了改良并设计出相应的计量模块。为了降低在充电过程中分流器长时间通入大电流时给充电桩的电量计量准确性带来的不利影响,文章提出了一种提升计量准确性的优化方法:用高精度的数字电流传感器来取代电流的分流器。最后,制成了一种应用于直流充电桩中的高精度数字计量装置,在监测充电安全的同时进一步提升了充电电流的精确测量。
英文摘要:
      According to the actual application status of direct-current charging in the field of electric vehicles in China. This paper emphasizes the importance and necessity of precise measurement of direct-current power. In order to reduce the adverse impact on the metering accuracy of the charging pile when the shunts are supplied with large current for a long time. Therefore, a method to optimize and improve the measurement accuracy is proposed. By studying the accuracy of DC charging pile measurement and the source of loss, the structure of the measurement connection device is improved and the corresponding measurement module is designed. In addition, A high-precision digital metering device for direct-current charging piles is developed to ensure accurate measurement of the charging current and monitor the charging safety by replacing the shunt with a high-precision digital current sensor. This conclusion can help promote the healthy, rapid and sustainable development of electric vehicles.
