      共因失效会导致相互作用较强的元器件同时或先后失效,为有效评价电能表黑屏故障的共同失效问题,本文提出基于动态权重调整-AHP法的共因失效评价方法,该方法采用故障率峰值时刻的加权综合决策矩阵的偏离权重模型,通过迭代计算权重偏差的影响因子以获得稳定且唯一的偏离权重,解决了专家人为判断权重的准确性问题。最终应用实际案例验证共因失效评价方法的可行性及有效性,为电能表黑屏故障排查提供了可借鉴的经验。
英文摘要:
      In order to effectively evaluate the CCF of black screen fault of electric energy meter, proposes a common cause failure evaluation method based on dynamic weight adjustment AHP method. This method adopts the deviation weight model of weighted comprehensive decision matrix at the peak time of failure rate, and calculates the influence factor of weight deviation iteratively to obtain the common cause failure The stable and unique deviation weight solves the accuracy problem of experts" artificial judgment weight. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the common cause failure evaluation method are verified by practical cases, which provides a reference for the troubleshooting of black screen of electric energy meter.
