      在电力市场环境下流域梯级电站各投资主体的利益博弈和信息交互,给传统的梯级水电调度带来巨大挑战。基于此,本文提出了一种基于区块链的多主体梯级水电群日前市场交易模型。首先,建立了基于区块链技术的梯级水电市场交易模式,并对传统区块链加密算法进行改进;其次,针对水电站地理分布与经济隶属不一致的问题,建立了多主体梯级水电日前市场交易模型,实现了流域梯级水电地理耦合与经济协调的一致性。然后,引入目标级联分析法,分别以发电商收益最大化和整个流域购电成本最小化为目标进行交替求解,实现了多主体梯级水电站群在个体和整体的统一协调优化。并将其应用于长江干流梯级水电系统进行算例测试,结果表明,所提方法不仅为梯级水电市场交易数据安全性提供了保障,还能够在考虑电站之间协作的同时确保流域梯级联合调度效益最大化。
英文摘要:
      Under the environment of power market, the interest game among the investors of cascade hydropower stations in the basin brings great challenges to the traditional cascade hydropower dispatching. Based on this, a multi-agent game market transaction model of cascade hydropower based on blockchain is proposed. Firstly, the transaction mode of cascade hydropower market based on blockchain technology is established, and the traditional block chain encryption algorithm is improved. Secondly, in view of the inconsistency between the geographical distribution of hydropower stations and the economic subordination, a multi-agent day ahead market trading model of cascade hydropower stations is established. Then, the multi-agent cascade analysis method is introduced, and the multi-agent operators and dispatching center of cascade hydropower stations are regarded as different stakeholders, and the operators" profit maximization and social welfare maximization are respectively taken as the objectives to carry out the parallel solution, so as to realize the unified coordination and optimization of the multi-agent cascade hydropower stations in the local and the whole. It is applied to the cascade hydropower system in the main stream of the Yangtze River. The results show that the proposed method not only makes use of the security attributes of the blockchain itself, but also ensures the maximization of the benefits of the cascade hydropower joint operation while considering the cooperation between power stations.
