      当前智能电能表生产企业和电力公司之间缺乏有效的共享机制,缺少对智能电能表从设计制造到运行报废全生命周期各环节质量控制点的全面掌控,导致智能电能表在运行过程中存在批量故障,运维成本和舆情压力较大。针对以上问题,文章对智能电能表生产全流程质量数据采集方法进行研究,设计质量数据采集架构、质量数据模型和质量数据的接入方法,与电力公司侧的计量生产调度平台共同实现对智能电能表的全链条质量数据的采集。试验结果表明,这项采集技术使得数据采集效率提升到原来的8倍,数据准确性也得到提升,为智能电能表的质量管控以及典型应用场景的开发奠定了基础。
英文摘要:
      There is no data sharing between smart meter manufacturers and power companies, and the lack of comprehensive control over the quality control points in the whole life cycle of smart meters from design and manufacturing to operation and scrapping, which leads to more occasional failures in the operation of smart meters, higher operation and maintenance costs and public opinion pressure. This paper studies the quality data acquisition technology of smart meter production, designs the quality data acquisition architecture, constructs the quality data model, and designs the access method of quality data. Together with the metering production scheduling platform of the power company, the whole chain quality data collection of smart meters is realized, which lays a foundation for the quality control of smart meters and the development of typical application scenarios.
