      为提高继电保护装置定值核对工作效率和准确率,本文基于图像处理技术提出了一种继电保护定值自动核对方法。利用手机摄像方式采集定值单图像信息,设计算法对原始图像进行灰度增强、二值化以及倾斜校正等预处理,从中提取出清晰的定值单表格部分。通过形态学方法对表格图像进行单元格分割,再对各单元格图像进行光学字符识别并对识别结果进行关联校正,进而得到定值条目信息。最后建立关键词库以及针对不同型号的保护装置定制处理流程,对定值信息完成存储与自动核对。现场应用结果表明,本方法具有较高的可行性和可靠性,可为提高相关人员工作效率,确保定值准确性提供技术支撑。
英文摘要:
      In order to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the setting value checking of relay protection device, an automatic checking method based on image processing was proposed. The photo of setting list is collected by mobile phone, and the original image is preprocessed by gray-scale enhancement, binarization and tilt correction to extract the clear table image. Morphological method is used to segment cells in table image, and the setting value information in each cell image is obtained by optical character recognition and correlation correction of recognition result. At last, through the establishment of keywords database and process customization of different types of devices, the setting value infor-mation is stored and automatically checked. The field application results show that this method has high feasibility and reliability, which can provide technical support for improving the work efficiency of related personnel and ensuring the accuracy of setting value.
