The winding deformation of power transformer is caused by external force in the process of transportation and assembly. The winding deformation accumulates to a certain extent in the process of operation, which reduces the anti-short-circuit capacity of power transformer. However, this phenomenon is not easy to be found in the early stage and becomes a potential accident, In this paper, a high-performance controller with floating-point operation and perform complex calculation in single instruction cycle is selected to combined with high-sensitivity single axis analog accelerometer is used to design a power transformer vibration detection device which can test the three-axis vibration information at the key point of the power transformer box. Furthermore, the paper further studies the de-noising method which can be used in the high-performance arm controller for the three-axis vibration information of the power transformer detected by the accelerometer, in order to improve the accuracy of the vibration detection results and provide the basis for the accurate analysis of the vibration generation mechanism of the transformer.
