用电信息采集系统是能源基础数据采集、电网状态实时感知以及业务需求敏捷响应的实现载体,是建设“大营销”体系以及“坚强智能电网”的重要内容。目前,用电信息采集系统已基本实现“全覆盖”建设目标,并进入了深化应用时期。文章介绍了用电信息采集系统的组成结构,并以四川电网为例论述和分析了基于用采数据的有序用电和负荷控制、高速宽带电力线载波(High-speed wide-band power line carrier, HPLC)深化应用、配变监测、台区体检、远程开户以及远程充值优化提升等多项业务的深化应用情况,为建设新一代数字化、智能化、信息化和自动化的用电信息采集系统提供参考。

The power user electric energy data acquire system is the carrier of basic energy data collection, real-time perception of power grid status, and agile response to business needs. It is an important part of building a "big marketing" system and smart grid. At present, the electricity consumption information collection system has basically achieved the "full coverage" construction goal, and has entered the stage of deepening its application. This article introduces the composition and structure of the electricity consumption information collection system, and discusses the orderly electricity consumption and load control based on the consumption data, deepening application of HPLC, distribution monitoring, physical examination of the station area, remote account opening, and remote account based on the Sichuan Power Grid as an example. The deepening application of multiple businesses such as recharge optimization and promotion provides a reference for the study of a new generation of digital, intelligent, informative and automated electricity consumption information collection systems.
