      随着以新能源为主体的新型电力系统的发展,新能源大规模参与电力市场将不可避免。在新能源参与市场的背景下,电力市场力风险特征如何变化,以及变化后的市场力风险如何防范,成为影响电力市场平稳运营及高比例新能源消纳的重要问题。文章根据新型电力系统的特点,针对以新能源为主体的电力市场,开展市场力风险特征分析和识别技术研究。分析了新型电力系统背景下的电力市场力风险特征;有针对性地提出了新型电力系统的市场力风险识别技术;通过算例分析验证了适应新型电力系统的市场力风险识别方法和技术的可行性。
英文摘要:
      With the development of novel power system that taking new energy as the main body, it is inevitable for new energy to participate in the electricity market on a large scale. Under the background of new energy participating in the market, how the risk characteristics of power market change and how to prevent the risk after the change have become important issues affecting the stable operation of electricity market and the high proportion of new energy consumption. According to the characteristics of the novel power system, aiming at the electricity market with new energy as the main body, this paper carries out the analysis of market power risk characteristics and identification technology research. The risk characteristics of electricity market power under the background of novel power system are analyzed. The market power risk identification technology of novel power system is proposed. The feasibility of the market power risk identification method and technology adapting to the novel power system is verified by an example.
