      针对智能电能表自动化检定流水线表位由于隔离变压器带载能力、电流回路继电器、压线机构接触性能等可能导致的隐患问题。文中采用普通标准电能表、智能电能表和兼容智能电能表电气特性、尺寸及外部结构型制的高精度微型标准电能表(以下简称安装式标准电能表),对智能电能表自动化检定流水线表位进行不同方法的空载和带载检测。通过分析检测数据进行智能电能表自动化检定流水线表位检测准确性研究,基于研究分析提出了高效、可靠的检测方案。最后,通过实例验证,基于安装式标准电能表对智能电能表自动化检定流水线表位的带载检测方案,检测准确度明显提升,实现了对电能表自动化检定流水线表位准确性的判断。
英文摘要:
      Aiming at the potential problems that may be caused by the on-load capacity of isolation transformer, current loop relay, contact performance of wire pressing mechanism and so on, ordinary standard watt-hour meter, intelligent watt-hour meter and high-precision micro standard watt-hour meter compatible with the electrical characteristics, size and external structure of intelligent watt-hour meter (hereinafter referred to as mounted standard watt-hour meter) are used to detect the meter position in the automatic verification pipeline of intelligent watt-hour meter by different methods of no-load and on-load detection. By analyzing the detection data, the accuracy of meter position detection in automatic verification pipeline of intelligent watt-hour meter is studied, and an efficient and reliable detection scheme is proposed based on the research and analysis. Finally, the example verification shows that the on-load detection scheme of the automatic verification pipeline position of the intelligent watt-hour meter based on the mounted standard watt-hour meter significantly improves the detection accuracy, and the judgment of the meter position accuracy of the automatic verification pipeline position of the watt-hour meter is realized.
