      针对主动配电网的储能功率较低、承载负荷量较高的问题,提出一种基于数据自适应鲁棒优化的经济调度方法。根据配电网的运行特点建立多目标函数,以经济运行成本与经济管理成本为切入点做精准配比。基于配电网工作/不工作时的功率负荷变化情况,计算出配电网工作时/不工作时的阵列向量,并在单位经济调度时间内对阵列向量进行定额鲁棒优化。将优化后数值代入到平衡函数中,对偏离平衡值的参数给予补偿,完成经济调度。仿真算例证明,文中所提出的主动配电网经济调度方法效果良好,能够实现配电网的储能功率高、承载负荷量低的预期目标。
英文摘要:
      Due to the low energy storage power and high load capacity of active distribution network, an economic dispatching method based on data adaptive robust optimization is proposed. According to the operation characteristics of the distribution network, a multi-objective function is established, and the economic operation cost and economic management cost are accurately matched. Based on the power load variation of the distribution network when it is working or not working, the array vectors of the distribution network when it is working or not working are calculated, and the array vectors are optimized within a unit of economic dispatching time to achieve quota robust optimization. The optimized value is substituted into the equilibrium function to compensate the parameters deviating from the equilibrium value and complete the economic dispatching. Simulation results show that the proposed method has good economic dispatching effect, which can realize the expected goal of high energy storage power and low load capacity of distribution network.
