      级联型电力电子变压器通常采用大电容来抑制子模块的电容电压波动,这严重限制了电力电子变压器功率密度的提高。针对这一问题,文中首先推导了二倍频波动电压的产生机理和波动功率的耦合原理,然后从输入阻抗的角度对波动功率不能自然流入后级的原因进行了分析,进而提出了一种实时调整隔离级输入电流的电容电压纹波抑制策略,有效地降低了电容电压波动幅值,最后在PSCAD/EMTDC中搭建仿真模型,并与传统控制策略进行对比,验证了所提策略的有效性。
英文摘要:
      Cascaded power electronic transformer usually adopts large capacitance to suppress the capacitance voltage fluctuation of sub modules, which seriously limits the improvement of power density of power electronic transformer. To solve this problem, this paper firstly deduces the generation mechanism of double frequency fluctuating voltage and the coupling principle of fluctuating power. Secondly, this paper analyzes the reason why fluctuating power cannot flow naturally into the later stage from the perspective of input impedance, thereby, puts forward a capacitor voltage ripple suppression strategy by adjusting DAB input current in real time, which effectively reduces the fluctuation amplitude of capacitor voltage. Finally, the simulation model is built in PSCAD/EMTDC, and compared with the traditional control strategy to verify the effectiveness of the proposed strategy.
