      为解决新型电力系统建设中“三新特性”场景下,电能准确计量所遇到的电能信号特性分析与特征提取、电能信号建模、电能表的测试标准等问题,文中指出常用的电力负荷模型不能满足测试电能表动态误差的要求,提出了影响电能计量的复杂动态负荷电能信号特性、电流信号游程等定义;据此,提出了建立复杂动态负荷组合电能参比信号特征模型的策略,该模型反映复杂动态负荷四类典型特征,可缩短试验时间与减少试验成本;提出了电能参比信号特征建模面临的四类科学问题:特征获取、数据预处理,特性分析与特征提取、模型使用方案;旨在为智能电能表动态特性测试方法研究与建立标准提供完整策略。
英文摘要:
      In order to solve the problems of power signal characteristic analysis, feature extraction, modeling and testing standard of electricity meter encountered in the "three new characteristics" scenario of novel power system construction, this paper points out that the commonly-used load model cannot meet the requirements of testing the dynamic error of electricity meter, the definitions of power signal characteristics and current signal run length affecting electric energy metering are proposed. Accordingly, the strategy of establishing complex dynamic load combination energy reference signal model is proposed. The model reflects four typical characteristics of complex fluctuating load, which can shorten the test time and cost. Four types of problems in the feature modeling of power reference signal are proposed including feature acquisition, data preprocessing, characteristic analysis and extraction, and model use scheme. It aims to provide a complete strategy for the research and establishment of standards for the dynamic characteristic test methods of smart electricity meters.
