      安全稳定控制系统作为保证电力系统安全稳定运行的第二道防线,稳控装置现场标准化测试是保证电网安全稳定运行的重要手段。为解决目前稳控系统调试手段单一、检测设备功能不足、现有开环测试方法无法模拟复杂故障时序和自动化程度低等问题。提出了稳控系统现场标准化检测方案,研究了稳控系统现场测试体系中信息交互、标准化接口及平台实现技术等关键技术,开发了稳控系统标准化测试系统,研制了多协议智能检测终端。以实际工程为基础,基于RTDS实时仿真系统搭建了验证平台,通过试验验证证明了文中方法的有效性,方便快捷地实现了稳控系统的全面标准化检测。
英文摘要:
      Security and stability control system(SSC) is the second defense line to ensure the safe and stable operation of the power system, on-site standardized testing of security and stability control equipment is an important means to ensure the safe and stable operation of the power grid. In order to solve the problems such as the single debugging method of SSC system, the insufficient function of the testing equipment, the existing open-loop testing methods can’t simulate the complex fault timing and the low degree of automation and so on. In this paper, the on-site standardized testing scheme of SSC system is put forward, the key technologies such as information exchange, standardized interface and platform realization technology in the on-site test system of SSC system are studied, and the standardized testing system of SSC system is developed, a multi-protocol intelligent detection terminal(MPIDT) is developed. Based on the actual project, a verification platform is built based on the RTDS real-time simulation system. The effectiveness of the proposed method is proved by experiments, and the comprehensive standardized detection of SSC system is realized conveniently and quickly.
