Aiming at the research on the dynamic characteristics of AC contactors under vibration environment, in order to deeply analyze the influence of key mechanisms such as internal contacts and iron cores, a co-simulation model of AC contactors under vibration conditions is designed. The electromagnetic attraction calculation method combining magnetic field and magnetic circuit is used to realize the coupling calculation of mechanical-motion-electromagnetic-circuit and other physical fields through the co-simulation of ADAMS and MATLAB/Simulink. The influence of different vibration conditions on the dynamic characteristics of the key mechanism pull-in process of contactoris studied by simulation. The accuracy of the simulation model is verified by comparing with the experimental results. The research results can provide a basis for the dynamic performance evaluation of contactors working in vibration environments such as wind turbines and ships.
