      针对低压台区线损治理周期长,高损点定位不准确等问题,提出了一种基于电能表误差和窃电分析的线损分层定位方法。该方法首先在传统线损分层定位方法的基础上,引入理论线损计算方法,构建了基于基尔霍夫定律的台区线损分层计算模型,实现线损的分层计算,确定高损范围,然后采用电能表误差分析模型,在高损范围内筛查出误差异常电能表,实现台区高损点定位;最后设计电能表窃电分析方法,通过告警事件挖掘与窃电行为相关的频繁项集,进一步对高损点进行验证,并确定其高损原因。该方法采用50个台区的实际数据进行验证,台区线损分层计算模型准确率为100%,电能表误差分析计算模型的准确率为88.5%,电能表窃电分析模型准确率为92%。
英文摘要:
      Aiming at the problems such as long period of line loss control and inaccurate location of high loss point in low voltage station area, a method of line loss stratified location based on power meter error and power stealing analysis is proposed. This method firstly on the basis of traditional line loss layered locating methods, the introduction of theoretical line loss calculation method, constructed based on the kirchhoff's law courts, a layered model for the line loss, realization of line loss layered calculation, determine the scope of the high loss, and then USES the error analysis model of watt-hour meter, within the scope of the high loss of screening out the error of abnormal watt-hour meter, realize area high loss point positioning; Finally, the analysis method of electricity stealing is designed, and the frequent item set related to electricity stealing behavior is mined through alarm events to further verify the high loss point and determine the cause of high loss. The actual data of 50 stations were used to verify the method. The accuracy of the stratified calculation model of line loss in the stations was 100%, the accuracy of the calculation model of power meter error analysis was 88.5%, and the accuracy of the analysis model of power meter stealing was 92%.
