      构建变电站数字孪生体是实现变电站运行监控和维护智能化的关键技术。为保证变电站物理实体与数字孪生体之间映射的实时性,以实用化为构建目的和功能需求牵引,引入工业CT (computed tomography)的思想,提出了一种变电站数字孪生体的轻量化构建方法,重点论述了如何构建变电站设备的轻量化数字孪生体模型。采用改进三维线框模型构建变电站数字孪生体的骨架;对变电站三维线框模型进行纹理映射,构建变电站数字孪生体的局部表面模型;采用断层扫描原理构建反映变电站设备内部工况的切片模型。其中,变电站三维线框模型用于应用导航,并且为构建表面模型和切片模型提供坐标定位;表面模型用于变电站局部的外观展现;切片模型用于详细表征变电站设备内部的物理参量大小及分布情况,进而直观反映变电站电气设备的运行工况。文中详细阐述了所提变电站数字孪生体轻量化构建方法的基本思想和模型构建原理。
英文摘要:
      The construction of substation digital twin is a key technology to realize the intelligence of substation operation monitoring and maintenance. In order to ensure the real-time mapping between substation physical entities and digital twin, a lightweight construction method of substation digital twin is proposed with practicality as the construction purpose and functional demand traction, and the idea of industrial computed tomography (CT) is introduced. And this paper focuses on how to construct the lightweight digital twin model of substation equipment. An improved 3D wireframe model is used to construct the skeleton of the substation digital twin. Texture mapping is performed on the 3D wireframe model of the substation to construct the local surface model of the substation digital twin. The tomography principle is used to construct a slice model reflecting the internal working conditions of the substation equipment. Among them, the 3D wireframe model of the substation is used for application navigation and provides coordinates for constructing the surface model and the slice model; the surface model is used for local appearance of the physical entity of the substation; the slice model is used for detailed characterization of the size and distribution of the physical parameters inside the physical entity of the substation equipment, and thus intuitively reflects the operating conditions of the electrical equipment of the substation. This paper elaborates the basic idea and the model construction principles of the proposed lightweight construction method for substation digital twin.
