      公共楼宇的大量负荷属于需求侧可调负荷资源,且参与电网互动时的精细化调控潜力尚未得到充分挖掘。文中对公共楼宇的负荷进行分类,对公共楼宇典型可调负荷资源的用能行为特征、用能模型、调控模型与调控策略的关键技术及其研究现状进行归纳总结,给出了公共楼宇可调负荷资源用能行为特征的分析框架与特征指标体系。考虑到公共楼宇可调负荷资源是参与区域综合能源服务(Integrated Energy Services, IES)与虚拟电厂(Virtual Power Plants, VPP)的重要组成部分,因此对多能异构的负荷资源协调管控技术开展了深入研究并进行综述。文中的研究工作将为公共楼宇可调负荷资源参与需求侧响应(Demand Response,DR)与电网互动奠定良好的理论基础,为相关研究提供一些有价值的参考。
英文摘要:
      A large number of loads in public buildings belong to demand side adjustable load resources, their fine regulation potential of participating in power grid interaction has not been fully exploited. Firstly, the load resources in public buildings have been classified in this paper, and then, the key technologies and research status of adjustable load resources including the energy consumption behavior characteristics, energy consumption model, regulation model and regulation strategy have been fully summarized, and the analysis framework and characteristic index system of the energy consumption behavior characteristics of adjustable load resources in public buildings are given. Secondly, considering that the adjustable load resources in public buildings are taken as an important part of participating in the implementation of regional integrated energy services (IES) and virtual power plants (VPP), the coordination and management technology of multi-energy and heterogeneous load resources is deeply studied and summarized. The research work of this paper would lay a solid theoretical foundation for the adjustable load resources in public buildings to participate in the interaction between demand response (DR) and power grid, and hopefully some valuable references could be provided for other researchers.
